Muay Thai in Birmingham — Coming Soon
The art of eight limbs is coming to Harborne. Muay Thai classes launch soon at MMA Factory — register your interest now and be first through the door.
What is Muay Thai?
Muay Thai is Thailand's national sport and the world's most complete striking art: punches, kicks, knees, elbows and the clinch. It's the striking base of choice for most top MMA fighters, and one of the best conditioning workouts anywhere — rounds on the pads will get you fitter than any treadmill ever will.
What classes will look like
- Fundamentals — stance, footwork, the basic strikes and defence, built for complete beginners.
- Pad work & drilling — the heart of every session; technical, sweaty and addictive.
- Clinch work — the range that separates Muay Thai from kickboxing.
- Optional sparring — controlled, supervised, and only ever when you're ready.
Train now, strike soon
While the striking programme launches, BJJ and wrestling classes are already running at Lordswood Boys' School sports hall, Hagley Road, B17 8BJ. Grappling now plus striking later is exactly how complete mixed martial artists are built — and your membership will cover it all.
