Questions

Before you ask.

Do I need any experience?

None at all. Most people who register have never trained before. Every class is built so a complete beginner can walk in on day one and keep up — you'll be shown everything from how to tie your belt to your first techniques.

What ages can train?

Everyone. We run dedicated kids and junior classes as well as adult sessions — and as our case studies show, our coaches' students range from primary-school age to their fifties.

What do I need to bring?

For your first sessions, just comfortable sportswear, a water bottle and flip-flops for walking off the mats. Anything else you need — gi, gloves, shin pads — we'll point you to once you've settled in.

How much does membership cost?

Register your interest or email us at mmafactorybham@gmail.com and we'll send you the current membership options. Your first two sessions are free either way — you decide after you've trained with us.
