Terms & conditions.

These terms apply to training with and using the website of MMA Factory (777) Ltd (company no. 17420159). By registering or training with us you agree to them, along with our Gym Rules & Code of Conduct.

1. Free sessions

New members' first two sessions are free, with no obligation to join.

2. Memberships and payment

• Memberships are billed every 4 weeks (13 payments a year) from your first payment date, at the price of your chosen plan. Pay-per-class sessions are paid on the day.
• You can pay by card through our secure Stripe payment link, or in cash at the gym. Cash payments are confirmed by a coach.
• We send reminders before each payment is due. If a payment is overdue we'll contact you; we may pause training until it's settled.
• We'll give you at least one billing period's notice of any price change.

3. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time by telling a coach or emailing mmafactorybham@gmail.com before your next payment date. Payments already made for the current 4-week period aren't refunded unless we cancel classes.

4. Health and safety

• Martial arts involves physical contact and a risk of injury. You must tell us about any medical condition, injury or medication, and keep this up to date.
• Follow coaches' instructions and the gym rules at all times. Sparring only takes place with coach approval.
• Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

5. Classes and the venue

Classes take place at Lordswood Boys' School sports hall under a hire agreement with the school. Occasionally a class may need to move or be cancelled (for example if the school needs the hall); we'll tell you as early as we can.

6. Conduct

We may remove anyone from a session, or suspend or end a membership, for breaches of the gym rules — particularly violence, bullying or unsafe behaviour.

7. This website

We try to keep information on this site accurate, but timetables and prices may change. Content on this site belongs to MMA Factory and may not be copied without permission.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
